First of all it is affordable, it provides all the tool to function your business. The customer support and their team response is simply the best in the industry.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I simply love their phone system, its reliable

What do you dislike most about this product?

The updates are less, as i mentioned earlier there are lack of updates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Simply go for it, its a reliable, flexible and scalable.
