No particular issues that I can raise as Avaya OneCloud has greatly met our needs.

If your looking for a unified communication software, Avaya OneCloud is the real deal. It offers leading features and is affordable too.

What differentiates Avaya Experience Platform from other similar products?
The mobile app is straightforward to use and mirrors most functions of the desktop application. The administration of the system is reasonably well set out. The online version of the meeting application works better than the desktop version.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Permits everybody in our company to remain connected- regardless of whether they are at their office desk, traveling, or working from home. Everyone can know info about calls coming in or out caller id with name and variety appears regardless of where any of us are taking the call. The quality of the telephone sets is superior to any ones we’ve got had in the past- the sound is superb regardless of whether we are taking calls via the standard telephone or the speakerphone.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No notifications are provided once updates to the app are deployed. This causes user problems with new versions, and support is unaware that changes are made.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We use this tool for our communications. We can communicate seamlessly with one another and the outside world. Regardless of where our staff is physically working from, they’re able to stay connected. They don’t have to waste time and effort stressing about if they are connected.

It's a perfect software and I recommend it as a unified communications software. It's cost effective too and very reliable
