What differentiates Atera from other similar products?

Utilizing given MSI and Band Rules greatly speeds up installation. For each user, a unique MSI can be made. Alerts arrive right away. Remote access is very quick and dependable. Personalized marketing looks fantastic. Customized Power Shell functions can be written and launched or scheduled as needed. greatly reduces time. Observe network and SNMP devices.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is that there are no confusing menus and that it is simple to acquire all the capabilities. We can roll out the client for widespread distribution by using power line arguments. The chatting option is available on the peak of the Splashtop, which connects users quickly and easily without requiring you to go via manage chat. The remote connection process is quicker than with the previous RMM.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The reporting is not very strong. We have accustomed to using Connectwise to build our reports by hooking into the dataset. It was info nerd bliss when We utilized to have an Excel pivoted table that drew data instantly from Connectwise.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The payment structure for Atera is a clear advantage. We could now add units without worrying about charging right away because it isn't done by the device. We appreciate how frequently changes are made and how easily We can reach live chat help during the day.

What differentiates Atera from other similar products?

We can be more proactive with remote monitoring, and we can be more efficient with the built-in ticketing system because tickets, contacts, and endpoints are all in one location. The web interface is clean, sharp, and simple to use. It allows us to do everything in one location. It is quite beneficial to our company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ticketing system is its most useful feature. It allows consumers to report problems directly from their email, allowing technicians to keep track of any problems. It can also be used to distribute automated installations, windows updates, and other software. Also, the ability to keep an eye on the systems connected to Atera for problems like low toner and printer maintenance kits.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The speed with which online and offline devices update can be increased. When the gadget is online, I have to wait a few minutes for Atera to refresh the status. I'm hoping that the online status can be updated in less than 10 seconds. However, it is satisfactory in general.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This enables me to work from home or on the road with ease. For added convenience, My Webroot SAS is incorporated within the Atera dashboard. I really enjoy the built-in automation tools, which enable upgrades and other chores to be automated. Customer care at Atera has always been quite helpful in resolving any concerns I've had. I strongly advise you to do so and benefit from this amazing solution.

What differentiates Atera from other similar products?

Updates to managed computers can now be deployed fast. With very little effort, default programs can be delivered to a large number of new devices. Our clientele like the reporting feature of Atera. It improved the quality of our work while also reducing our workload. This is what I did. It was a fantastic tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate how they continue to innovate and bring new things on a regular basis. I appreciate the user-created content library, especially the SNMP, Windows command line, and Powershell scripts. I enjoy the bright dashboard and the simple structure that allows me and my customers to see what's essential to us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

More alert granularity would be improved. It's a little annoying that we get an alert every time a server goes offline. A timeout of more than 1 min could be used to demonstrate that the server is truly offline and not merely a network blip. Chrome OS is not yet supported by Atera.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend you to first inspect the solution and check your requirements. This should be viewed as a pilot rather than a full-fledged experiment with dedicated resources. They provide comprehensive virus protection as well as backup options, all on a user-friendly interface. It's really simple to use. I love their excellent customer service, and they answer questions quickly.
