Fantastic and easy to use helpdesk management

What differentiates Atera from other similar products?

Atera seems to have put together an all in one helpdesk and asset management tool that's very straightforward to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the ability to assign agents to our company managed pc's, which allows us to easily remotely access them when needed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The reporting tool could use some work, but the technical support and products teams are usually willing to hear suggestions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If someone wanted an all in one helpdesk management software solution that includes asset management and easy remote access, Atera would be the software of choice.

What differentiates Atera from other similar products?

Billing per technician is a big difference. As well as allowing you to add an unlimited number of devices at no additional cost.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of using and configuring features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No representation in Brazil. Paying in dollars generates more fees and taxes for us.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We have already used other solutions for MSPs, but after migrating to Atera we achieved great growth in our company, more productivity, control and reduced costs. With Atera we have many tools and solutions that do not generate additional costs. It's a complete solution for MSPs.

What differentiates Atera from other similar products?

Right out of the gate, Atera is FAR easier to use than numerous other RMM/PSA tools. As an IT professional, we don't have time to spend learning a new product - the tools we use need to be intuitive, powerful yet affordable! Atera delivers on all fronts! That's hard to find!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy learning curve! I've worked with several other tools and I was up and running with Atera the first day! I didn't even need to go to the end of my trial! It was a slam-dunk from the beginning!

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's hard to pick something I don't like from a product that I'm so fond of - Perhaps if I worded it differently like "What do I like the least about this product?" I would like the "Network Discovery" tool to be better at deploying agents - that said it's got great features but since I've gotta pick something, I'd like that feature to be more capable. It gets a 92% in my opinion

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I've done my homework and tried all the industry-standard RMM/PSA tools and nothing has even come close to delivering what Atera offers. Secondly, the price is hard to beat. The price per Technician model enables us smaller companies to enter into the industry without long-term contracts and prices that exceed our mortgage for crying out loud! Make the switch to Atera, I know I'm ever-grateful I did!
