Alchemer helps us execute surveys easily and in a cost-effective manner thus help us shape decisions and implement better decisions. Its available for use in any organization irrespective of their size and this enables all organizations collect their opinions with simplicity all through. Customer support is available and willing to help all users in using the platform efficiently thus grow how they use the platform to the best.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the less tech savvy users may find the software a bit challenging in using to the best to execute their opinions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Alchemer is easy to use and it will grow the way you work and it will enable swift collection of opinions and this is crucial in enabling swift decision making and proper planning in your company.
