Great product, but a bit pricey

ADP is a great product for all things HR related - organizational charts, notificiations, time off requests and reporting.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
ADP has top of the line compliance and updates for the latest compliance issues.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The ADP system feels dated and customer support is not always helpful or understanding.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Overall, this is a great product and has all the features a business needs for a payroll / human resources product.
