What differentiates ADP Workforce Now from other similar products?
It streamlines processes, automates tasks, reduces paper consumption, and fosters better communication with employees. Implementing modules for benefits, recruiting, and onboarding was a breeze with dedicated implementation specialists.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I find it intuitive and easy to learn. The personalized service from a dedicated account manager adds a touch of support for troubleshooting. Integrating ADP with other services has been smooth with the right support from the implementation team.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The current figure-it-out-yourself experience during the implementation of additional modules has been a challenge

ADP's continuous evolution and willingness to consider user suggestions make it a go-to solution for automating processes. If you're looking to streamline administrative tasks and enhance efficiency, ADP is the system for you.
