It’s not just about sending emails. It’s how everything connects. Behaviour on site, campaign engagement, product interest, timing. All of it rolls into one place, which means when sales picks up a lead, they’re not starting cold. They already know what that customer has been reacting to and where to push next.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I keep coming back to is how flexible the campaign logic is once you understand it. The automation flows let us build journeys that actually respond to customer behaviour rather than forcing everyone down the same path. Reporting is another big win. Being able to see which assets genuinely support sales conversations helps us double down on what’s working instead of guessing.

The interface can feel cluttered when you’re juggling multiple live campaigns, and asset organisation could be sharper when teams growStill,
