It has got unique features and less training required and simpler to use

For every marketing journey the product has a different set of programs like Engagement program, Event Program for Nurtures and Webinars

What do you dislike most about this product?

If you want more in depth analysis then the reporting feature is not a good fit and timezones as per instances looks a barrier while we set up auto reports

Mid sized businesses who plans more marketing campaigns can use this as they can focus on each marketing campaign based on its need
