What differentiates Act-On from other similar products?
We used Pardot before, now we are really happy using Act-On because it adapts to what we really need to do, it has the tools that we know how to use, we can prioritize what we want to do and we already adapt to its use system. In Pardot we could not feel comfortable, we did not feel comfortable with its interface.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It allows us to automate all our work, scaling increasingly through important leads for our company and our sales funnel. It provides us with the facility to be closer to our potential customers, filtering out the people who are really interested in our service. Its tools provide quite robust and dynamic features with effective tracking qualities, customer segmentation and integration of essential tools for customer retention and promotional campaigns for adoption of products and services. It has been an indispensable tool to be a fundamental guide in every step we take to attract clients and make an important engagement.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It would be great to be able to get better experiences from Act-On, it can be overwhelming so many tools it provides, some of them we have never used, it makes the platform more dense and not very selective.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is necessary to be able to prioritize your potential clients and thus be able to adjust all your work in favor of your real clients. Having the knowledge of the people who are really interested in our products and services makes us really prioritize and automate many functions.

What differentiates Act-On from other similar products?
With Act-On, we can regularly touch prospects and customers and track their progress and active participation. It solves marketing productivity problems, helping us to create successful email campaigns. It's effortless to set up workflows, and the intelligent logic just makes sense. We have solved marketing problems and improved our campaigns thanks to Act-On, it's excellent.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Act-On is very useful, designed to create, manage and send effective marketing campaigns. The ability to use landing pages allows you to capture many leads. Reporting functions are integrated and easy to access and understand. Landing pages will enable me to tailor the page to whatever campaign or reason I need. The reports help me know how engaged your audience is.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It has been a program that meets all requirements; we have not had any problems with its performance so far. All the results have been positive.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend Act-On for users and businesses that want to increase engagement with their customers; they will segment them by different categories and focus on particular targets for each. Setting up and creating campaigns is easy, and you can use landing pages tailored to whatever reason you need. Act-On's customer service is exceptional; they are fast and thorough when you need help.
