What differentiates Act-On from other similar products?

Act-On is great because it's easy to understand and use. By using Act-On resources, I can get answers to many questions about things I am already proficient at and I can always see a clear way to do those things.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite part about Act-on is how easy the tools are to use, whether you're writing an email or collecting data. The Act-on team that I am part of is really helpful and supportive; They are always willing to lend a hand and answer any questions I have. Since I use Act-on daily, the intuitive interface saves me a lot of time compared to other apps I've tried.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This product is one of the most complex on the market, making it difficult to find qualified people who have experience working with it or who are willing to join our team to tackle it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Act-On informs the customer well, their wishes and their purchases. Having much of the information I need available is a great relief. Act-On is now helping us with an issue that is causing subscribers to contact us via email to schedule medical appointments. With this, doctors can achieve their monthly goals.

What differentiates Act-On from other similar products?

Act-On provides advanced email marketing capabilities and an overview of the sales funnel, from marketing efforts to qualified leads and ROI. The platform offers many powerful solutions for managing inbound customer contacts. The visual editor of the automated email program is very intuitive to use. Segments are easy to create and maintain, and automation is easy. They provide proactive strategic support based on a thorough understanding of marketing automation strategies and general digital marketing trends.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that you can not only customize email templates with dynamic content, but also customize the communication cadence based on user activity. I love that, with the tool, we can set up automated email campaigns to reach potential customers based on their engagement, where they are interested in buying and other insights we collect about them. I love that it helps with customer segmentation and content distribution. Act-On's easy integration with the CRM process was very important to us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be difficult to design email templates the way you want. Act-On's best reports are for your manually triggered emails, with little attention to implementing automated procedures. You also can't view all emails in HTML format. The learning curve is a bit steep at first, but Act-On has excellent customer service and answers questions quickly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The Act-On platform makes it easy to view email recipient activity, which allows us to fine-tune communications and give our team an understanding of who is interacting, which in turn creates a list for them to call. Using dynamic email content and form conditions is perfect for us. It helps us segment and market to specific customers in certain product categories we offer.

What differentiates Act-On from other similar products?

Act-On helps us grow our brand in a number of ways. With Act-On, we can deliver highly customizable account-based experiences to help our customers and prospects navigate the journey we want them to take. From internal marketing communications to external automated drip campaigns, Act-On is critical to our success. We are using Act-On to reach our customers through mass email. We also use landing pages and forms to support our website.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Act-On's simple yet powerful connectivity with other software platforms allows our teams to develop the software that works best for them while still representing reliable data. Act-On handles email marketing very well. Not only do I get email analytics, but also the traffic patterns that my customers and prospects create after visiting my website. It's very powerful when you interact directly with my market: they feel like we've tailored our approach just for them. Act-On's analytics data is accurate and allows me to take meaningful action when current and potential customers interact with our content.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Because of the weaknesses of surveys, we use Survey Monkey, unfortunately Act-On does not provide a connector for this product. My biggest problem is that the survey module is not very good. In particular, the survey analysis is not detailed enough to allow us to make business decisions. We do a lot of research with our customer base to understand what is important to them, and that is why it is important. It would be great if the survey analytics were combined with the excellent Act-On analytics. But they are separate.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We like the built-in reporting functionality, and it's easy to access and understand. We also like that our usage levels are based on the number of addresses we email, not the number of emails we send. This is a key point when segmenting your customers into smaller focus areas. I love that we can always schedule emails and schedule ahead. We are a small marketing team looking to grow our business and deliver a great customer journey. Act-On solved all of our small business needs when we were a company of less than 100 people, then grew with us as we merged with other companies and continued to grow rapidly.
