What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?

I love the integration with Accelo, it's a one-stop shop with email tracking, invoicing, and project management. My staff doesn't have to jump from different programs and waste time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Invoicing directly from time logged and email tracking!

What do you dislike most about this product?

The invoicing is a little standard and not as customizable as we would hope. However, support and the Executive Team has considered our ideas and what makes it easier for us.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give it a try, we are a long-term customer. Their support is next level, they care about their clients.

What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?

I think it can be customized as per the business needs and it's a big factor cause we treat each business differently.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Insights vision of budgeting. I wish it to be more understandable but I am loving it already as it helps me with my report.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can't do bulk scheduling. :( and there are times that when we schedule the staff, we wanted to check how much is left in the budget after hours forecasted has been applied.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure to keep everything right from the start to avid clean up in the long run. Have a plan on what you really wanted to see and record and stick to it.
