What differentiates Accelo from other similar products?
The main thing that separates Accelo from other project management suites that I've used is its ability to be extendible based on your organization's needs. It is able to do this while still providing many excellent collaboration tools and communications management.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Accelo is just how easy it is to navigate now that I've got some of my own lists set up and I'm comfortable with where everything lives.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The most frustrating part of Accelo is the implementation, which is a serious pain in the butt. However, the customer service provided during onboarding and implementation was superb, so take that as you will.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you need a project management suite that can be heavily customized and automated - and can tolerate the decent chunk of time it takes to set up - Accelo is a great choice.
