What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Security. Meetings request ID and password so they are very secure.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Whenever i don't have the app i can use the web version. Works better than Microsoft teams
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some similar products are easier to use and with better voice and video quality even in slow internet connections

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
It provides the coverage internationally. The switching between audio and video mode is easy. Whenever any participant joins the meeting, it notifies with mail. The increases the level of awareness and keep everyone informed.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is easy to add and remove the people from the conference. It is user friendly for all the users, which encourages the user to try using the platform. it reciprocates immediately and provides with the solution. The quality of interaction including the audio and video is great. It further provides screen sharing that reduces ambiguities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Multi-tasking on zoom is difficult to manage. other devices, which makes it less handy for the user. It requires great consumption of battery. It agitates the user as the working time can get prolong and managing separate device for recharge is reduces the user’s interest.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The app must provide free trial, as it enhances the confidence of the user and makes them familiar with the layout. It must have less load on the memory so saves amount of battery and works for long hours.
