What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
The Zoom Phone has has a myriad of advantage including ease of use, teleconferencing, and web conferencing. Hosts have the ability to mute participants and control who has access to the video panel
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoom Phone has an HD video and HD voice with dynamic voice detection. Group meetings are conducted effortlessly wherein the host is able to screen-share from the mobile device
What do you dislike most about this product?
There should be a way to restrict on any changes by other users once I share a file on the screen or prevent how other users can manipulate files
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Stop switching apps to communicate. Zoom Phone is scalable in a few aspects, so every business can benefit from its features, no matter how big or small

End-to-end encryption of your data—including video, audio, and chat—while it is in transit between my computer and Zoom’s servers
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoom Phone has easy to use virtual backgrounds and automatic recording for meeting reviews or post-meeting note-taking
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoom Phone should provide alerts that a meeting is being recorded so that attendees can opt-out if privacy is a concern
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Companies can hire across borders and employees have access to jobs thanks to video conferencing, and Zoom Phone is the best

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom Phone has a one-click option to elevate calls to meetings and built-in recording features, and it allows me to choose which name or number gets displayed for the receiver of my call using the Caller ID function
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I use the call delegation via a shared line apperance functionality to assign auto attendants to handle calls on my behalf
What do you dislike most about this product?
Switching between two separate, simultaneous Zoom Phone calls or meetings can cause the call to disconnect if the internet connection is not strong
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take advantage of the Zoom Phone's great portfolio of features and move Voice to the cloud in the most cost-effective and efficient way possible
