What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom Phone is your VoIP service in terms of phone calls that allow you to take audio as well as video calls, not compromised in quality. These calls are usually affiliated with the internet and your VoIP service provider. You can take advantage of taking calls from any electronic device, you can make calls free of cost and be in touch with the masses with nothing extra or heavy budget in your pocket.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoom Phone is directly linked with Zoom and most of its features are just like Zoom’s other products. It comes with two unique features that are not available on other VoIP apps and services. The first one is Call Park, which lets you hold your call until you switch it on to other devices. Secondly, ‘Takeover’ literally does what its name suggests, it helps you to take over others' calls on your phone or your call to others.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I think this is super expensive in the long run and the features are not up to the mark of its competitors, who provide great services in almost free versions. Also, Zoom phones can be a bit risky as well for top-secret and privacy matters.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom Phone is a VoIP service provided by Zoom. Many people are users of Zoom and its affiliated products for everyday use in their professional lives and we all agree with that. If you are a small company, looking for a reliable VoIP service, go for it, but if you can afford other platforms, my suggestion would be to make it a second or third choice.
