What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?

Zoho Social is very different from other social network configuration and management platforms due to its great synchronization and connectivity with other sectors of Zoho, in this way, each information obtained on the Zoho Social platform can be shared instantly through other Zoho networks, to any area of ​​a company. A big thank you to Zoho Social for allowing me to work with a great flow of information and a sharing of data instantly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoho Social allows a greater flow of data in a wide way for all sectors of a company, making each sector more productive around the management and administration of its social networks. One of the things that most positively caught my attention about Zoho Social is that this platform is capable of offering all its users a simple way of programming for publications in a general way, this allows the user to plan the publications and choose when you want them to be published on social networks, with the exact date and time, this means that users can save a lot of time when managing social networks. I consider posting scheduling to be the most important feature on this platform today, as it increases production while allowing employees to save work time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The calendar offered by Zoho Social where the "visualization of the content stream" is promised does not work perfectly. This calendar offers the ability to keep track of the programming of the publications that have been previously made, in this way, the dates of each publication can be modified and the schedules for each of them can be configured, however, This calendar does not work correctly, since sometimes, it does not reflect all the publications that have been previously scheduled, which causes there to be a slight lack of control in the planning that the user may have in a week or in a month. I would like the Calendar that Zoho Social offers to be more up-to-date and always work perfectly, to be able to reflect all the schedules that have been in the last days, to keep a correct control. Currently in my company, we have kept a manual control of all our schedules, we carry out the programming of each publication, and we do a manual process to know on what day we have raised each of the publications for each social network.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The presence and attention of our social networks is something very important for our entire company, because in this way we will be able to know how all the information reaches our diverse audience, and how we could improve the advertising section of each of our publications. on social media. Zoho Social has been a very influential platform in the process of improving our administration in social networks, because this platform has allowed our accounts on networks such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, MySpace or Gmail, to be managed more recurrence. Currently, thanks to this platform, we have been able to remain more active on our social networks, offering a greater flow of information to our audience, adding better visual resources and monitoring our favorite labels and the progress of each of them. I am happy with the performance that Zoho Social has provided, since we care a lot about our image on social networks, and this platform has helped us control our entire audience, with publications at the time when the audience is most active, and providing a panel where you can have a complete visualization of all social networks. The implementation of Zoho Social was something quite intermediate with respect to the difficulty, because in a period of 1 month we managed to adapt to all its functionalities and we were able to take advantage of it in the short term.
