What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
It's very easy to use, also has a wide range of features which are very effective and detailed when compared to competitors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
MAin features like Social reporting, sentiment analysis and competitor analysis reports are very detailed and more appealing. It is an amazing tool to make reports from.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Customer service s not up to the mark, eats a lot of time while onboarding the product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Absolutely go for it. It is an emerging favorite of marketers.

What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
As a management tool is impeccable, intuitive and provides details that make it different from others, focuses on the analysis of different social networks and is able to provide accurate and detailed information on trends, insight that are very useful for the marketing group, this is reflected in the reports that break down the information in a simple way.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Within the range of functions offered by this tool the most striking are the automated publication in my social networks that allows me to perform other tasks and take advantage of the time while the application does its work, also with the monitoring function I can analyze the hashtag trends and based on this deepen and optimize efforts with the marketing staff.
What do you dislike most about this product?
the simultaneity of social network accounts under the same session is not allowed, which limits in a certain way some of the publications to be made and delays them, maybe this is something to correct.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Perhaps this is one of the best applications for managing and monitoring our social networks, it is very useful to know what our regular and potential customers need, with the tools that Zoho Social provides it is very easy to know this information and guide efforts towards that target.
