A great aspect is the simplicity with which Zoho products may be customized. Zoho People can add and collect the information you want, particularly employee information, even if there are other alternatives.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy using the app to access the platform and view pertinent information. The most appealing aspect of the Zoho team members is their user-friendly user interface. I appreciate its ease of use and compatibility with other Zoho programs, including Zoho Books, Zoho Expenses, and Zoho Payroll. It simplifies HR operations, enriches more talents, and allows everyone to adapt. It automates a tonne of labor in a matter of seconds. It gives the user insightful information to help them comprehend even more.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The phone screen may occasionally become frozen when there is a network connectivity issue. Even in places with limited connectivity, Zoho should be usable. Bugs must be less frequent, and customer service must be improved. Making the mobile interface even more user-friendly than the computer dashboard is vital. For every business owner to benefit, it may be possible to reduce expenditures modestly.

Staffing apps frequently focus on tracking attendance and managing information about specific employees, even though Zoho People may also collect employee information. One noteworthy aspect is the software's enormous data store, which includes important papers, attendance and leaves search, and many other features, including information about bank accounts and additional personal information.

What differentiates Zoho People from other similar products?

It is solving the major issue of employee management. As an employee of OneDigital Entertainment, I use this App on a daily basis for Attendance, Tracking my project, and Applying for Leave. It benefits me and my company in a way where we are getting tons of features for management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are a couple of good things to say about Zoho People: (1) Firstly, as a Frontend Developer I really loved the UI of the Zoho People App and Website. (2) It has a lot of interesting features like Attendance, Time Tracker, Performance Tracker, Project Time Tracker, and much more. (3) I loved their Check-in and Checkout Feature as in my company I use their App daily to Check in and check out from the office.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As far as I have used Zoho People I haven't found any issues or anything to dislike but the one feature which is missing in their App is Check in and Check out a reminder as I have set an alarm in my smart watch to remind me to check in and check out. I will be happy if they add this feature to their app otherwise I am a satisfied user of Zoho People.

I will recommend Zoho People to everyone who is looking for the best management software which is having tons of useful features.
