What differentiates Zoho People from other similar products?
The good thing and that it is very different from the competition is that its prices are really cheap, taking this as an indicator in order to save costs and obtain a good quality product.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It can be easily integrated with the vast majority of Zoho products, thus allowing me to have a great advantage in that I can use other features of the different types of Zoho products and take advantage of this great potential. With this platform you can easily manage company employees, thus allowing you to assign tasks and maintain clear communication. With Zoho People you can get a good management of personnel starting from work time, such as assistances, workforce, etc., thus helping the human resources department.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Personally I find this solution a bit slow on the part of getting a quick response. I would like Task Manager to include more options and features. Another last thing is that it has a somewhat long learning curve, this makes it a bit disappointing and wanting to look for other alternatives.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
With Zoho People, you can have great communication and collaboration effectively between employees and department heads. Assigned tasks can be monitored, thus allowing better control over employees and the actions they take within the company.

What differentiates Zoho People from other similar products?
Zoho People differs from other employee monitoring and management platforms because this platform is capable of displaying real-time behavior on the performance and compliance of various employees' activities. I believe that its operation in my company has proven to be different from other platforms that we have previously had implemented, because the results were emerging little by little and making the difference in operation more and more noticeable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of the features that stood out the most during my main experience with Zoho People has been the employee search system. Currently, Zoho People is able to allow me to search for new employees adapted to the needs of my company, adding to the list, really trained people who can attract new general benefits to the various areas of my company. I really like this feature of Zoho People because this way I can know what type of person I am hiring, and how they can help my company drive their results in each work area. In addition, another of the functions that I like about this platform is that it is a single panel, I can review the performance that an employee has had specifically in recent weeks. In our company, we always accredit the "employee of the month" for which, measuring performance, skill improvements and compliance with the activities in this panel, helps us to establish favorite employees, whom we would compensate for their excellent work and long-term development. term.
What do you dislike most about this product?
First of all, a very strong criticism that I have about this platform is regarding its free trial period. Currently, and as it has been for a long time, Zoho People has the ability to offer new users a free trial period with which they will "get to know the platform more thoroughly before buying one of their plans" however , these are just promises. When I started using Zoho People, I went to enjoy this free trial period, but I did not get the expected results, the functionalities were quite limited, the employee monitoring system did not work in real time and the search for employees was not so conducive to providing quality and appropriate employees for various tasks. Therefore, I believe that this trial period should be exponentially improved, adding new functions, making it more accessible with respect to more functions allowed, and without a doubt, that it works in real time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The administration of human resources in our company is something with which we have struggled for a long time, because we have always had various difficulties to obtain a platform that helps us manage this business area without having to make so much effort. Since we discovered Zoho People, everything has improved little by little, our employees became more enthusiastic when it came to work, work schedules could be modified to suit general taste and we also managed to obtain better results in fulfilling the scheduled activities. I am very satisfied with Zoho People, because this has been one of the few platforms that has allowed us to obtain an ROI in just 2 weeks of use. The implementation of Zoho People was quite simple, we were able to configure our entire panel of employees in a very short time thanks to the ease of integration of Zoho services, and we also managed to monitor in real time any movement of all our employees regarding their labors. Zoho People allows me to measure the performance of each new employee who joins our company, measure their skills and rate what they need to improve on. My company will really keep this platform to manage human resources, we are very happy with its operation and with the performance it has shown since it was successfully implemented.
