What differentiates Zoho People from other similar products?

Haven't used any other similar product, so don't know how Zoho People is different from other apps.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoho People covers nearly everything, like Leave management, attendance, employee profiles, etc.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the features in mobile application are missing when compared with web application, like, timesheet management needs improvement.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho people is an easy to use tool. It provides confidence to its users and makes them feel connected.
