What differentiates Zoho People from other similar products?

Zoho People just makes HR stuff way easier. You can track leaves, attendance, and performance all in one place, and it’s not super confusing like other software out there

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like how easy it is to manage attendance, leaves, and performance all in one place. It just makes HR life so much simpler

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can feel a bit clunky sometimes, especially when trying to generate detailed reports or navigate certain features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I’d say go for it, especially if you want something that makes HR tasks simple.

Using Zoho People is straightforward. Comes with great features for managing workforce and promoting productivity. It is cost effective and a multipurpose tool for HR functions.

Nothing really serious has failed about Zoho People.

For effective workforce management, I'm recommending Zoho People. We have used it for over 4 years and it has been awesome.
