What differentiates Zoho People from other similar products?

I like Zoho People because it keeps the HR tasks I need in one place. I can quickly check attendance, leave details, and employee information without opening several tools. The interface also feels simple to me, so I did not need much time to get used to it. That makes my daily work a bit easier.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite part is how easy it is to check my attendance and leave details. I often use it when I need to check my leave balance or look at past records. I do not have to ask someone from HR for basic details, which saves me time. The simple layout also makes it easy to find things quickly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The part I like least is that some options take a few extra clicks to reach. When I am in a hurry, I sometimes have to look around before finding the setting I need. I also feel the mobile experience could be a little smoother. It works fine overall, but these small things can be annoying during a busy day.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would suggest setting up the leave rules and employee details properly before rolling it out to the team. That made things much easier for me later. I also recommend showing employees the basic features at the start, especially attendance and leave. Once everyone gets used to it, it cuts down a lot of small HR questions.

Zoho People is completely scalable and affordable, allowing all firms to reasonably obtain it The efficiency of Zoho People in mobile access gives all stakeholders an easy access time

Zoho People takes a while to update the interface and it remains cluttered and boring Zoho People fails to bring third party integrations, which are vital in fostering employees experience
