What differentiates Zoho People from other similar products?

Zoho's unique automation feature that helps employees receive updates both on the platform and through an email which helps employees receive critical updates and not miss out one

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Due to this hybrid work model employees some time needs to punch in on Zoho and sometimes in the office but Zoho people aligns both and helps employees by maintaining the attendance on a regular basis

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not much most of features are already present

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A perfect fit for mid sized organizations and if you're already on a Zoho ecosystem then it's a must buy product

What differentiates Zoho People from other similar products?

All the services provided by Zoho are truly delightful and useful, including leave tracker, time tracker, attendance management, performance monitoring, file management, organization details, compensation tracking, announcements, HR letters, and more. These features set it apart and make it distinct from other software options

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The standout feature is the automatic emails for any new announcements – users receive emails instantly, ensuring timely communication.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I loved it, Not found out anything to dislike yet.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommended, it's truly awesome!

What differentiates Zoho People from other similar products?

ZOHO People comes with base level integration with ZOHO Payroll. While all the other applications have this in one module, it becomes extremely crucial to keep the 2 separate as payroll and HRMS need to be managed spserately.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

All in one review mechanism and team amangement.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are some limitations on attendance regularizations, plus the employee profile is an issue.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have a lot of third party people or ground operations who do not work from the office, then you might want to consider another application which is more flexible. Else, this is a good all in one platform.
