What differentiates Zoho People from other similar products?

Zoho probably the only WFM software that allows you to sign in with photograph. Zoho is mainly used by our HR department. It has a cool feeling to it, especially the app. It's simplistic and the dashboard contains all the needed links and buttons to direct me to what is needed

I like the Location and photo capture feature while signing in and signing out. I like that it is easy to use and the dashboard contains all the needed links and buttons to direct me to what I need.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing about it that I currently dislike

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its a great software as it has so many benefits such as leave tracker, attendance management, check in check out, self-service and it also has company policy and files cloud. The App friendliness helps anyone access it from anywhere on the premises.

What differentiates Zoho People from other similar products?

They can examine and make any required updates to their timesheet. Employees can use the employee self-service system to confirm their monthly taxes and disclose their investment data. It helps a business manage workers' attendance, leaves, check-in and check-out timings, and more. Additionally, its mobile app launches swiftly. An efficient, user-friendly tool for working people is Zoho Personnel.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The HR operations are made simpler, more talents are enriched, and everyone can easily adapt to it. In a matter of seconds, it automates a tone of work. It helps the user understand even more clearly by giving them insightful information. Staffing tools generally manage employee data and track attendance, but Zoho People can also collect employee data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although it is superior to other platforms in every regard, it does not include payroll or reference functionality. There are many features, some of which I occasionally need help with because they are more modern. Integration with various internal tools and the interface should be options and the capability to copy timesheet data to the timesheet.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The workflow is well-structured and doesn't cause performance issues. Another tool we can use to compile reports and evaluate our performance is real-time data tracking. The product's numerous functions can be used to their greatest potential if used and understood appropriately. Any novice who starts using Zoho People will find it easy to use and won't need further help when they delve deeper into the platform. The personnel can be consulted about any issues.
