What differentiates Zoho People from other similar products?

With number if other tools from the vendor, Zoho People works in a flawless coordination with other in house products making things much more easier

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Provides the ability to track the performance and tasks performed by each individual in a very detailed manner which becomes useful for audit purposes and during promotion cycles

What do you dislike most about this product?

Support from vendor takes a bit of time, but they do ensure the issues get resolved

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A very reliable ERP tool backed with good vendor support

What differentiates Zoho People from other similar products?

Zoho People offers great features with functions that streamline HR efforts, aid in staff learning management, and facilitate analysis of our workforce. It provides the data we need to improve and align with the most appropriate strategy to direct our workforce. It allows you to increase productivity and provide a more effective workflow. In a fundamental platform to direct the workforce in the fulfillment of our goals.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has an intuitive and pleasant user interface. It incorporates evaluation modules to effectively verify employee performance. It covers staff training with the possibility of creating valuable training programs. Facilitates staff autonomy with the option that allows the registration of their own information. Improve collaborative work by sending notifications or starting a conversation with the work team. It offers seamless integrations with Zapier and Adobe Sign, plus it integrates seamlessly with other Zoho applications.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Your mobile application can incorporate more features to have the ability to take all functions anywhere. Two-factor authentication complicates access a bit.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It offers a set of features that enhance and direct the workforce toward meeting the organization's goals. Increase productivity and generate an optimal workflow. I recommend its implementation.
