Flexibility and customization due to exceptional product support for a fraction of the price of competitors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Reliability and response of the support team. Easy to use interface.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Variables seem to have different front end names in different areas. Can be difficult to get used to.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Speak with the developers as well as the sales team. The dev and support team are exceptional.

What differentiates Zoey from other similar products?
We're a small company with limited internal IT resources. Zoey promised a hands-on implementation, a seamless Netsuite integration process, and simple maintenance - this product has delivered on all counts.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of managing products once they have been entered into the system. It only takes a couple of clicks to adjust product availability. Also the native integration with Netsuite has been incredible.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Loading new products is a pain - the bulk import options are complicated and unwieldy - so much so that it's generally been simpler for us to add each item manually and individually. The iOS App is underdeveloped and missing features that competitive products offer. If we were ever to switch away from Zoey, this would probably be a major driver of that decision. The software is constantly being updated and "improved", which is great, but we keep running into unintended consequences, as some of these overwrite previous customizations to our set-up. These updates aren't regularly communicated, which doesn't help.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If ease of content management is key to your decision, Zoey is a great option. It also integrates really nicely with Netsuite, without the use of a 3rd party API.

What differentiates Zoey from other similar products?
Zoey offers a drag and drop approach making the whole creation process simple and easy. The initial implementation steps are well documented and can be performed quickly
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The integrated payments feature works well and does not charge any transaction fees making it a better option compared to other alternatives
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zoey needs to introduce more third party integrations so that an ecosystem can be built around it
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoey is a good to set up and enable B2B transactions without any hefty charges
