What differentiates Workplace from Meta from other similar products?

Many users already know how to use Facebook so that's a plus for implementation. Because it's Facebook, though, some leaders can't disassociate Workplace from personal Facebook and the negative connotations with social media.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use from end user perspective as well as IT perspective.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'd like to see more integration between Knowledge Library and groups

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be thoughtful how to integrate with other employee applications

Lack of customization for certain communication tools.

Learn from customer stories online! Companies big and small use this tool to their benefit, the features and use cases differ depending on your culture.
