What differentiates Workplace from Meta from other similar products?

The aspect of building a collaborative community, coupled with intuitive file sharing

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Hosting virtual town halls and Q&A sessions directly within the platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We missed an urgent update due to a delay in mobile notifications leading to a brief misalignment in team priorities. A more immediate notification system would have mitigated this.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just recognize the potential for Workplace to go beyond traditional communication tools and it won't be a brainer anymore.

How hard it is to get ahold of someone for help!!!!

Not being able to get ahold of anyone for help and then going round in circles

To not use it; they outsource and you cannot get anyone to help
