The Customer interface with regards to tipping and ease of use……

It’s not the best with the wireless cards that are using a wireless signal and are just tap to run

Support; always push you to articles. Need a Client Representative who owns our account and can do anything to make us successful. Also, the West coast time zone is not good, limited to get support - lots of phone tag.
