What differentiates Workiz from other similar products?

The ability to set up automated text messages based on job status.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to communicate with customers through the app. No need to have several different apps.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No offline mode for the mobile app and the inability to search custom fields.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When compared to other field service apps, Workiz is the clear winner. It's not perfect and will probably never be a complete one size fits all solution, but it will come very close. The price point is fair and they seem to be consistently improving their offering. Their customer support team is ultra responsive and helpful. That alone is worth it.
