What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?

There is no need to bother looking at the employee directory, and you can immediately capture members who belong to the organization by hierarchy, such as headquarters and department. The member's photo, email address, organization name, etc. are clearly visible, making it easy to contact them. As it has many functions, we think it will be a product for large companies. Understanding the structure of the team. Checking remaining paid leave. Requesting vacation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

If you use this service, it's great that you can see the personnel lineup at a glance. It is excellent to know in hours. Also, it is very convenient because you can request paid vacation by simply selecting the desired date from the calendar and clicking on it. Until now, I had created a list of employees in Excel, but it was difficult to understand the organizational hierarchy and reporting lines, and there were many queries, but I was able to visualize it with Workday.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In addition to free-text self-produced introductions, we believe that visualizing skills mapping, etc., will make it easier to manage and use your company's talent.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Until now, our company used a paid leave management system and a payroll management system. We had several HR-related systems and operated them in parallel. By introducing this tool, it was possible to centrally manage and optimize operations. The visualization of internal talent. The integration of HR-related systems, and organizations of people working together for the first time can be quickly confirmed.

What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?

I think its reach across enterprises and number of businesses(companies) using it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The workday portal helps employees to know the benefits available. Like whether the company supports car lease or whether an employee is eligible. Most common FAQs related to employee benefits could be easily found and hence avoid a lot of too and fro between employee and the hr/finance

What do you dislike most about this product?

The UI/UX - I think it'd be really nice if they support modern day UIs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Most commonly used portal for employee benefits listing and administration.
