it has a large adoption and a lot of folks are already familiar with its interface

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

time tracking and integration with other softwares and reporting and analytics

What do you dislike most about this product?

lot of its features are buggy and slow, for example org chart doesn't open most of the time when selected a hierarchy in which more than hundreds records exist, similarly search results are very slow and not relevant most of the time

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

mostly its difficult to replace in big orgs as its a complex process but if you are considering other product in a big org make sure it works according to your org scale and take feedback from some of your employees

Workday allows a Enterprise to customer is the UI UX of the job application portals. The sales team understand our key requirements and they will suggest appropriate product packages.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Workday helps a human resource department in greater way by optimising a hiring process, application status tracking and shortlisting a talented human resource. It helps a management in managing a human resource by some of the features like absence management, benefits administrations, compensation management and tracking a skills of a employees. We can check the employee engagement in learning of new skills and relevant certifications obtained hold by the employees. Access to global workforce insights.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Pricing need to be flexible by introduction of wide variety of packages and subscriptions. Workday HCM is not available in free version. More freedom in customisation in UI/UX would be a helpfull.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Workday helps an organisation to manage human resource by helping in talent shortlisting, hiring, interview scheduling, skill development of employee, looking over certifications of employee. And also helps management in monitoring a employees absence management, compensation management and many more.
