What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do your homework, don't pick a template that looks great and is really set up for the type of business you have or are looking to open up. I have seen to many times and have heard of these issues, where the template that they picked, will not really place nicely as a B2B site. It will require a lot of extra work and $$$ to get it where you need it to be. Most important I would recommend working with a WordPress designer and WordPress developer. The designer will give you the look and feel that you want, and the developer will make sure everything is working correct.

One of the most important features is its ability to quickly adapt to user needs. For example, if I want to add a design to my website, I'll find an option to embed it pretty easily on Wordpress.com, it's easy to set up, has excellent security, and content and user management.

problems with some plugins that you can disable the website.

it can be differentiated in many ways and one is that all its plugins are paid and verified that they do not come from malicious creators, it is very important when it comes to the information that we create on each website is kept safe and this has a value when you have to answer for many things that happen on the website

The best thing about wordpress.com is that all its plugins and tools are very versatile and have great help for users who buy or acquire their service, therefore it is one of the best services to create web pages that exists, apart from that we have technical support permanently with them, the truth is that I am very happy with their platform so far

what I don't like about wordpress.com is the way you have to link to the domain, I feel it's a bit confusing for people who don't know much about the subject, it's still easy once you learn. I am currently using the same without problems so far
