More customization options would be great to add in coversations flows. Etc. it would be enable to mix dialogue based chat and button based chat flows in more controllable way inhouse

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Good product to build up small scale PoC and then validate how does it support your business and scale up from that.
