Easy to use, but pricey

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?
I like the ERM/ customer service relationships between client/vendor.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspects of Pro is it's user friendliness, especially on the Pro Mobile app; and the Document Acknowledgment function.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I dislike most is that we are charged for features that should come with the module. For example, with Doc Manager we had to pay an additional cost for Mass Signature (the ability to send our handbook out company wide and get signatures) and Mass Doc Ingestion (ability to get our docs from ADP into Doc Manager). Then we were told that no one from UKG would do the doc ingestion and that we had to do it ourselves.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be sure to ask if there are extra prices for things you think would be standard. It's like buying a game and needing to buy DLC on day one.

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?
The transition to UKG Pro WFM has been highly successful, providing BCS with a robust, scalable solution for time tracking, absence management, scheduling, and reporting. UKG Pro offers a great user experience, comprehensive reporting, seamless scalability, elimination of manual processes, therefore saving our organization valuable administrative time and money and improved our payroll accuracy.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
All aspects of the employee lifecycle are in one system. From recruitment, to onboarding, scheduling, absence management, timekeeping and performance management, we are able to enhance our employee experience.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Challenges with Global support not knowing or understanding that our platform is unified. The name changes from Dimensions to WFM, Pro, etc are confusing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
BCS has seen a marked improvement in operational efficiency, cost control, and employee satisfaction. UKG Pro WFM has become an essential tool in managing our workforce, and our organization looks forward to continuing to leverage the system for future growth. Employees and managers have found the platform user-friendly, with a smooth employee self service experience.

Great to administer and easy end user experience

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?
UKG has been around for a long time and continually invests in development in new features, enhancements and keeping up with the market. They do listen to their customers if the customers are respectful and constructive.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's easy to administer, We wanted a product that HR could manage and didn't need IT tech support and this delivers. This helps with keeping employee data secure. The reporting tool is great if you take the time to learn it. We love having instantaneous results.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are some modules that need updating but from what we've heard, there are resources assigned to make improvements. Additional modules cost additional money; not sure if other platforms do that so it may be common practice.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure you demos are built towards your organization so you can see if it is the right fit. Additionally, the community support from other users is so beneficial. There are so many customers willing to help you solve a problem or think of creative ways to use the system,
