What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The most notable aspect is the ease with which it can be used. Reporting tools provide a complete picture of HR data and navigating activities is easy. All of our HR expertise is enhanced by UKG Pro's focus on simplicity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although it covers all the bases, the setup may be easier to use. For companies that value efficiency during implementation, a more guided onboarding process would be ideal.
