What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

The company is large, and many of the product capabilities are robust.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Our client support team is responsive and very friendly. Always a pleasant experience to interact with them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Considering the price we pay, there are some surprising limitations in how we can (or cannot) customize the UKG product to our organization's needs - e.g. in setting up PTO structures. The reporting function still somehow feels clunky and frustrating, and at times, we've felt like we have to go through 3 rounds of conversations with different UKG departments, just to get to a question answered or a conversation that we requested.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ensure that you evaluate your current and your future/projected needs very thoroughly, and be sure to keep a clear record of the costs for the product and any planning increases in them.
