What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?
Integrity and innovation is what stands out for me! UKG is constantly pushing themselves to build and improve products and as a result this increases user activity. The software is easy to navigate and customizable. I've added many modules which has impacted my time greatly so that I can focus on the other sections of my day to day. Employees also have credited UKG for it's user experience and most importantly running payroll has been efficient and effective. Benefits is the second area which has saved me so much time due to the Benefits admin platform especially when dealing with Open enrollment and file feed set-up with vendors. A Blessing!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The onboarding section, time reporting, HRIS, Benefits admin. file feed and of course payroll :-)
What do you dislike most about this product?
The time to wait for a consultant. I understand that consultants are rare and experienced therefore they're needed everywhere hence the time it takes for a project consultant to be added.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely speak with the sales team for what you need the most. Play with the demo products and ask questions!!

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?
My review reflects badly because I get sick of playing hard ball with customer success but I love using UKG. The product itself is mostly user friendly and I've become the system admin by working through the issues that I have had. I've not worked with many other products but the amount of things that we can do with UKG vs other software is nice to have it all in one location instead of a million different interfaces and logins. I'm recommending UKG as a product to my mom's company now since it is a way to their future, not just solving one HR problem today.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We have really liked the transition to WFM. Our implementation team was amazing and we've only had a few things to correct since going live. The interface to payroll has been successful an we are so grateful for that!
What do you dislike most about this product?
Tax payment services sucks and always has. There are people on this team who don't know what they are talking about and I literally have to teach them how to do their jobs because I cannot since I don't have the back door because we are only mid market?
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
That UKG truly is the future. To think about all the things that they have to offer and how each of those products will help the success of the company and its employees.
