What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

Customer service! It was critical to our organization to ensure we had support for anything and everything and it has made a huge impact on day-to-day services and how we operate.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Definitely Payroll and HR Core- onboarding, ACA management, and Time and Attendance. Easy to use and navigate and user-friendly for the employees.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing in particular about the products and services.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

UKG Pro has allowed our company to do additional with our hr info in an exceedingly more realistic timeframe. The top user expertise has increased the usage of our hour applications in comparison to the past. The time period information together with reports and dashboards is more aligned with our different systems.The ability for workers to be ready to navigate seamlessly and manage their information is created an impact. The benefit of use with the Core hr applications has made an excellent impact on our employees.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love UKG because there are such a big amount of functions wrapped into the program. You’ll find former/current employees, see your pay deposits, analyze your PTO, use the recruiting gateway, onboarding gateway, so much. It’s completely a one stop shop! Everything is additionally terribly organized and straightforward to search out totally different components.

What do you dislike most about this product?

With my current organization, we’ve separate entities that operate autonomusly, and that we struggle to accommodate all of our needs. Additionally, the corporate is putting plenty of effort into new R&D, however there’s no specialize in the native products. There are quite a few limitations within the Talent and Compensation module.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you think about UKG Pro, I’d raise the hard queries and find below the ‘hood of the car’. For a corporation with a global workforce and freelance processes, terribly specific and distinctive business requirements, I’d source multiple choices to compare. Whereas the client service expertise is good, there are still some internal problems with customer service when managing specific modules.
