What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

We have been with UKG since 2012-2013, prior to the merger of Ultimate and Kronos, so we have felt the ups and major downs of the customer service. I was not a part of the implementation, so I can't compare it with other products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

From an Employee end-user perspective, I think the system is fairly simple to navigate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Being an Admin, I would like more control over modifying Data feeds, Interfaces, etc. I should have to pay just to have a few deduction codes added and/or removed from a feed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do you due diligence.

Scheduling Includes unloading, delivery, goods issue, and loading date. Integrates shipping, transportation, and receiving calendars and determines scheduling direction.
