It is a very laid back software for daily HR duties like marking attendance, monthly payroll generation, etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like it's automated and biometric based attendance which eliminates the need of paper based muster.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Currently none of the features disappointed me.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a simple and easy to use HR software for day to day HR hygiene.

UKG Pro offers clear and transparent features which enable employees to access their details and reports on tasks and also communicate effectively.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With UKG Pro it's easy to mark the attendance, apply for leave, assign tasks and track tax details automatically these reduces on errors and mistakes as reports concerning payslips and employees records can be accessed and downloaded for manual assessments also.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Users interface may require update for efficient workflow.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

UKG Pro automates work and simplify tax calculations and also keep on tracking attendance reducing on manual efforts.
