What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

Flexibility of the usage of the system, allowing the system to work for you versus making policy changes due the system requirements. Implementation resources during a new module enhancement is amazing. Ongoing support by UKG Relationship Managers and Lead Account Manager allows for quick responses and the ability to escalate issues when necessary.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is our system of record for all of our employees information. The Executive team embraces the system and are supportive of the integrity of the data. The ability to continually create custom options to meet the ever changing needs of the company. Recently created COVID tracking and Volunteer Hours.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish the Compensation module was more robust. When purchasing a new module, being aware of all the extra add on requirements before signing the contract. We recently purchased Dimensions and during implementation finding that we did not purchase the full package or made aware of the product offerings. Required us to purchase two additional add on after the fact. When we purchased PRO all modules offering were intact.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Strongly review the ease of functionality for the ability to interface with other financial software and vendor products. Look at a one stop HRIS system for all of your HR functions as the flow of information is amazing. Easy to add on additional modules throughout the life cycle of the product.
