What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

What stands out about UKG Pro for me is its depth in HR and payroll compliance, which is crucial in a heavily regulated environment like manufacturing. Unlike other HR tools I’ve tried, UKG Pro doesn’t just stop at basic HR functions—it has strong talent management and employee engagement tools that actually make a difference in retention.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

UKG Pro has really streamlined how we manage people across our manufacturing operations. Payroll accuracy has improved drastically, and I no longer worry about compliance issues that used to be a headache

What do you dislike most about this product?

For some of my frontline supervisors, the interface isn’t as intuitive as they’d like, and training takes time. Customer support can be hit-or-miss; sometimes issues are resolved quickly, but other times it feels like a long process.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I’d recommend UKG Pro to other manufacturing companies, especially if they’re struggling with payroll accuracy, compliance, or workforce visibility. It’s a robust system that pays off in the long run, but I’d caution new clients to invest in proper training and change management upfront.

The customer support is not so proactive as it should be.
