What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

There is not much difference from other tracking clock ins softwares, UKG satisfies but that's it, it does not innovate and does not provide anything different.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Interface is user-friendly, its very easy to read, to keep track and to see all the information from a team, it is customizable which is a plus.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Mobile app is a huge improvement UKG needs to make, the same is not stable, is not user friendly. I also dislike the many pop-up windows to see the information, it is extremely slow, to many prompts to log in and even the website is not stable, when fixing hours sometimes it does provide an error message but that has nothing to do with what you are seeing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The product itself does not innovates, just satisfies, does what it promises but not at 100% consider all the cons before switching because UKG does not provide something different from othe products, it is user-friendly but it is not very stable.
