What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

The service from Rapid Response is incredibly valuable. The system is user friendly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love everything about the payroll and UTM modules. Payroll is my specialty and I have found UKG is consistent yet upgrades products as needed. I've been using UKG for 11 years and love it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Learning to re-write reports after the major IBM Cognos upgrade.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ask LOTS of questions to make sure the system will adequately satisfy your needs. Get a GL demo to make sure it can handle all of your accounting requirements. Make sure to get Business Intelligence training to run complicated reports. There are lots of updates to each module annually, it can be overwhelming, take the time to read about them so that you can apply the applicable items to streamline your process.
