What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

The self-service portal is wonderful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The reporting features are great they help make up for some of what other areas lack. It has made a difference having a rapid response team to call or chat with. The rapid response team is super friendly and helpful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The tax resolution is not super clear. You do not receive invoices. When items hit your bank account, it is up to you to research and resolve them. Or when there are differences in your taxes. You may open a case, and literally a year later not have a resolution.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ultipro has many wonderful features! Processing payroll in this system is super simple. There are pre-packaged reports for most of what you need. If what you need is not available. You are able to edit current reports by adding or removing data. You may also create reports. However, the largest issue we have had is with invoicing and taxes. This area could use improvement.

What differentiates UKG Pro from other similar products?

UKG Pro really cares about their own employees, which is great, because it reflects in the customer service they provide. Employees are generally very happy and really excited to get started helping customers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Customer Success Portal and availability of vendor support.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish more was customizable, especially for compensation plans and performance reviews. Also, there are some issues with purchasing additional modules to fully use delivered modules.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Really engage with your ERM when you first enroll; they are great and will always help you!
