UKG Pro is different because they listen to their customers and take suggestions and actually implement those suggestions! They care about your business and want it to succeed. They really follow their motto of "Our Purpose is People"

Ease of use. both for employees and for the deeper user.

What do you dislike most about this product?

there is really nothing I dislike

Do your homework. Language is everything. Make sure that you and the vendor are speaking the same language. Be very clear about your expectations and needs. As with any transition or implementation- planning is key!
