TrueDialog is easy to implement. The opt-in feature was the main reason we purchased it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to ensure subscribers are opted-in.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's not intuitive to use at first.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The demo was great but there are a lot of features to dive into. It's not too hard to queue up a message but it takes some getting used to. A sandbox to play around before you buy it is a good idea.
