What differentiates SugarCRM from other similar products?

Many customers praise the application's customization capabilities, particularly its ability to create unique customer relationships, spread brand awareness, and provide high-quality customer service. SugarCRM's customizability comes from the fact that the application is an open source platform, allowing users to manage and arrange organizational structures easily, even at first glance. SugarCRM aims to help medium and large companies, which also need a specialized team to grow even more on the right track. The communication channels available from SugarCRM are immense.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The user is grounded in the basics, as they can see the options laid out in neat categories, such as Accounts, Contacts, Calendar, Leads, Reports, Campaigns, Documents, Quotes, Emails, Calls, and Meeting menus. Each category comes with search filters and subsections for faster navigation through the application. The application also has the button. The main benefits of SugarCRM are that it streamlines your help desk process, helps you launch campaigns faster, gives you full team buy-in, supports mobile apps, generates smart reports, provides a built-in support center, and integrates with many other SugarCRMs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

SugarCRM's email campaign is very difficult to use. It is much more complicated than it needs to be. Sometimes, even when it completed what was requested, it will not allow you to send a text message to a customer.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Developers have aimed to solve a company's need to communicate with customers in different ways, thus providing them with phone calls, personalized emails and messages, social networks, and even one-on-one meetings. Looking from a company's perspective, this multi-faceted process provides professionalism and tracks opportunities to increase the company's influence. All of SugarCRM's processes occur in an easy-to-learn navigation system that can be incredibly familiar to users who have used the free version of the application.

What differentiates SugarCRM from other similar products?

SugarCRM has helped us to complete our daily tasks faster. You can clearly see all the project activities and which ones are assigned to each team member, which is very useful to move the work forward quickly. We are very happy with all the tools that this software brings because it simplifies our working hours.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A very clean and organized interface, where everything is quickly available and you can see clearly, the tasks and their progress. Its reports are very good, it contains all the weekly and monthly information we need to know how the activities are going. The technical support was always very friendly with every request we had.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be a challenge to install the program, but with the help of their technical support, it is possible. The platform gets a bit cumbersome at times and their alert and reminder systems are not arriving in real time, which has caused some delays in tasks.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One of the easiest crm to use, with a very simple interface, that everyone in the office knew how to use quickly. Useful for all departments in the company and even for remote workers, as it has allowed them to have a record and follow up of their daily activities.
