What differentiates Smartlook Analytics from other similar products?

We think this is a great tool that allows us to launch our projects, marketing campaigns, applications, web pages, etc., without errors, because it helps us to test with our different employees all the projects, so that they feel the customer experience and in this way we can correct the flaws before launching them.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a transcription and video recording tool, so we can have all the details of the tests that are performed to our projects and analyze it later. We can see the user's path, when we test the web pages and applications that we create, so we know which sections the user goes to frequently. The platform generates very complete analysis that allow us to make the right decisions for our projects, especially with real-time analysis, so that corrections are made quickly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like the questions and surveys that the system has, to be a little more customizable, because we want to know other details of the user experience, which the program does not have in its system. It took us a while to adapt to the program because of its design and interface, which are not as intuitive as I would like and tend to generate confusion. I would also like your templates to be more customizable. If every template, question, survey or format that the system generates was customizable, it would be a more efficient software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For me, the best I can do with Smartlook alone is when a user contacts me to discuss an error on the site without providing enough details. Then, instead of bothering them with a bunch of questions to see why they received this error, I can use their IP address to find their Smartlook logs and see what's going on, and I can fix the problem.

What differentiates Smartlook Analytics from other similar products?

We are satisfied with its performance and it has taken us very little time to become familiar with and start benefiting from this tool, it has excellent customer service and great online knowledge bases. Smartlook is easy to access and use, we can devise strategies and implement improvements to provide a better experience and its technical support is exceptional.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Smartlook is intuitive, easy to use and is regularly updated by the vendor, it always comes back improved. It has allowed us to better manage data in my organization and whenever I have had a question I have been able to effectively rely on their customer service team. I love this program.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I was having slowdown issues, when I went to the support team I found out it needed an upgrade, since that time I am more vigilant and it has worked exceptionally well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Smartlook has provided important data about the movement and impact of our website, from time and space details to recordings and heat maps to gain insight into the modules with the most visitor interaction. Take a look at it, I'm sure you'll love that it's so intuitive, easy to use and effective in making the best possible data management within your organization. It is a wonderful tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is cost effective. Has a wide range of cloud analytics tools in one spot. Has a mobile application unlike similar tools like Board and Adobe Analytics.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lacks enough data for features customization.
