What differentiates Smartlook Analytics from other similar products?

Smartlook Analytics has a feature of customizable data masking that really works. We can see what data auser is feedin into the contact form of the site, which is really helpful to check if any user filled the form but it isn't submitted properly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

As I mentioned the point above, that we can see the data a user is feeding to a contact form.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't really dislike the product but I just stopped prefering this product as their free competitors are available in the market which also works good.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you receive a good amount of traffic an dleads in your site, then this product id really helpful. You can check the session daily to see if a user tried to full the form but somehow failed or finding difficulties, still you will have their data to contact them in purpose to help.

I love the ease of integrations with other apps and the available APIs as well.

I can't think of any right now,

It's cheaper than quite a number of similar products and is easy to integrate so absolutely go for it.
