Real time reports and dashboards. Dependency view like a topology.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy to create new CI classes. Once time everything in ServiceNow is a table and a record, that’s amazing. New classes are tables extended of CMDB core and baselines table.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Default application menu. It should be called “CMDB” and not “Configuration”.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Understand ServiceNow ecosystem will help to understand how CMDB can be implemented use this platform.
